Learn the art of ayurvedic cooking in a compact cooking class on a weekend with us in Bad Bocklet! Ayurveda nutrition expert Agatha Heim will introduce you to the Ayurvedic art of cooking and seasoning on May 25 and 26. Immerse yourself with her in the realm of the senses and the good taste and learn the practical handling of different spices. Incidentally, you will receive numerous tips on how to easily integrate Ayurveda into your daily dining routine.

Diet as an important pillar in Ayurvedic medicine is individual

Construction of the Ayurveda cooking course

After an insight into the ayurvedic dietetics, you are invited to conjure a delicious, vegetarian menu. They cook with food and spices from mainly organic and regional cultivation. Then enjoy the beautifully prepared food and just enjoy!

The cooking seminar can be booked as a two-day course or individually as a daily course. On Saturday you cook dinner variations, on Sundays a complete ayurvedic menu. After each course day, you will receive recipes for all prepared dishes, including a home-cooked meal. In addition, Agatha Heim will present her Ayurveda cookbook during the two-day cooking class.

Course location: Teaching kitchen of the elementary school Bad Bocklet, Schulstraße 11, 97708 Bad Bocklet

Price: The entire cooking course costs € 160, –

The price includes course materials, food, spices and drinks (tea, water).
A single day will cost € 85, -.

Cancellation and refund of participation fee

Registration for the cooking class causes material costs in the form of documents and food. For cancellations less than two days before the beginning of the course and for no shows, the participation fee will not be refunded.

If you cancel after the registration deadline until the third day before the beginning of a course, a processing and cancellation fee of 25 percent of the participation fee will be charged.

A change to another appointment is possible until the third day before the beginning of a course and by arrangement.

No fee will be charged if a substitute named by you participates in the course.
