English Book Presentation and Ayurvedic Cooking Class

Ayurvedic cooking is the art of preparing food so that it preserves or restores the biological balance of forces in the body and in the mind. At the same time, indulge your five senses with Ayurvedic food. After an insight into Ayurvedic nutrition, you are invited to cook aromatic, harmonious and light vegetarian dishes. For this, mainly organic foods from the region and organic spices are used. They cook under the expert guidance of Ayurvedic nutrition expert and yoga teacher Agatha Heim from Reutlingen in the school kitchen Bad Bocklet in the limited circle of max. 16 participants vegetarian, balanced, seasonal ayurvedic dishes. Look forward to enjoying the delicious, beautifully prepared food in a pleasant ambience! The two-day seminar and workshop extends over four hours each day, each forming a self-contained unit. each with explanations – explained in a simple and understandable way, to which the cooking workshop and the joint meal join. There is enough time to ask questions. You will receive the recipes for all prepared dishes and tips on how to integrate Ayurveda into your everyday life immediately. At the end of each seminar session, enjoy the well-cooked Ayurvedic delicacies cooked together.

Ayurveda offer only for cooking course participants: Combine this course with the possibility of a dosha-type determination during an Ayurveda consultation by our friendly dr. Joseph and an Ayurvedic treatment by our lovable Indian therapists. If you want to attend a yoga class on Saturday and Sunday or simply use the swimming pool, it will be a small holiday for you. This is a nice option especially for foreign guests. (Can be booked separately)
